- Players play as Doom Slayer
- Player spawns with Super Shotgun with infinite ammo
- Player spawns with 120 health
- Arena of up to 8 players playing against each other
- Kill enemies to add a score
- Players fight until one player reaches a score of 50 or the time limit of 10 minutes is reached
- Highest score wins
- No weapon or item spawns
- Champion ability is Insta-kill
