Admin This week in community competitions we saw the wrapping up season 1 of the State of Quake Sacrifice tournament. Going from the season matches to the playoffs had 3 divisions with one well defined winner in each division: Economic Purchasing Power, Positive Squad, and LPB. The play-off tournament included the 2nd place from each division as well: Fully Loaded, Real Wild and Wacky Stuff, and Cookies n Cream. In the end there was a great match up of talents and an exciting final between Positive Squad, in the winners bracket, and Economic Purchasing Power; who came up from the loser bracket to claim their ultimate victory. The season was a great show of talent and fun for all who participated. Thank you State of Quake for putting it on, we all look forward to season 2.
Tonight get ready to rumple for some King of the Hill hosted by Quake Cafe. Sign-ups are a go here. Check in will start at 5:30 pm CT, game start time is 6:00 pm CT, and sign-up is cut off at 5:30 pm CT.
This weekend will be the final weekend for the Quake Challengers portion of Season 1 for the Quake Pro League. We wish our community members all the luck and happy fragging.
