OldHickory Good morning Quakers. This morning we received a Mid-Season Update for Season 15. Proton support has been resolved. QuakeCon 2022 items are being added, but note they WILL NOT be available until QuakeCon 2022 starts. QuakeCon 2022 is just a little over a month away any way. Quake War skins, and their color variants have been added to the Main Store.

Map Updates:
🔹 Awoken – Fixed level of detail popping of columns at a great distance
🔹 Blood Covenant – Fixed sacrifice domains
🔹 Burial Chamber – Fixed player collision on small staircases to each side of the main ramp
🔹 Burial Chamber – Fixed where rockets could pass through a small hole in the lower stairs in the main ramp
🔹 Corrupted Keep – Reverted optimizations that have proved to have mixed or negative results
🔹 Insomnia – Fixed player collision issues near the Machine Gun
🔹 Lockbox – Fixed a UI loading screen issue
🔹 Tower of Koth – Fixed bots from looping through the mega teleporters This was fixed but didn’t make it into this build.
🔹 Vale of Pnath – Fixed visibility blocker issues near heavy armor, when viewed from the rg pit light armor.

🔹 Change player profile to use most kills instead of most play time for favorite champion

🔹 Added Season 15 ETQW Weapons. 1000 Platinum for each weapon, so 3000 Platinum total. These are part of the rewards for the BP if you already have it.
🔹 Added Season 15 ETQW Weapon Shaders 500 Platinum for each weapon, so 1500 Platinum total Contains colors: Red, Yellow, Blue, Purple, Black, White, Teal, Lime Green, Aquamarine, Grey, Charcoal, Orange, Pink

Additionally QuakeCon 2022 has been announced to take place August 18th to 20th. More information about this event will probably be revealed next month. Keep an eye for the QuakeCon twitter, and QuakeCon website for more steady information.
Lastly Season 3 Quake World Championship will be taking place at the same time as QuakeCon 2022, so August 18th to 20th, but across the pond in Bucharest, Romania. It will be a Local Area Network (LAN) event for Quake Champions taking place at Pro Gamer League’s (PGL) office in Bucharest. You can read the full details on Bethesda’s blog about the event. The last qualifier the NA qualifier will be this Saturday July 26th
