tl;dr – vax required, send nyxia proof, wear a mask

Proof of vaccination is required. You can provide this proof when you register, via discord PM to nyxia-#6666, via email at nyx1a@pm.me with who you are, bringing it to the venue, or with your state/country’s digital card. If you have questions/comments/concerns about this, please reach out to me.

Attendees must also wear a mask at the venue, excluding when casting (if everyone else on air is okay with it) and when you’re at your station. If someone comes over to talk to you, or you’re getting up to go to the bathroom, etc, kindly put it on.

We understand y’all will go get food, etc. outside of the venue, right, you’re not wearing a mask while eating with someone at a table, but we want to try to reduce the risk as much as possible. There is some degree of assumed risk, as covid has an incubation period that someone might catch it while travelling in, etc, so we can’t guarantee you don’t get sick. If you do get sick after, please tell nyxia so she can tell everyone else, and I also encourage you to stay home if you feel sick, and to get refundable travel or lodging plans.
