Everyone can contribute to the prize pool by donating or for free!
There are multiple options to contribute for free:
Using the weekly changing coupon code on Matcherino.com will contribute 25 cent for free (this week’s code: CupQuakes01)!
Completing sponsor quests such as following or retweeting on Twitter, subscribing to Youtube channels or visiting web pages will add sponsored money to the Cup Quake’s prize pool. You can find these quests on the right hand side on Matcherino.com.
This is all free of charge for you! It only costs time! 😉
You could also consider purchasing some Quake merchandise provided by rawaleen. All of the revenue goes towards the prize pool! You only have to add $2 postage. Items will only be shipped within Europe!

Rules in detail
Format:
It is a double elimination tournament. All matches are Bo3.
If there are 16 players or more, a group stage phase will be added in order to save time.
Maps:
All 9 duel maps are in the map pool: Awoken, Blood Covenant, Blood Run, Corrupted Keep, Deep Embrace, Molten Falls, Ruins of Sarnath, Rower of Koth, Vale of Pnath.
First seed starts. Seeds can be seen on the bracket or on discord.
Champions:
No champion bans. Champions are chosen without restrictions.
Mirror matches are allowed and champions can be played multiple times, for example, Sorlag on all three maps in the Bo3.
Prize pool distribution:
1st: 60% | 2nd: 30% | 3rd: 10%
Prize pool will be finalised after the competition is over.
