OldHickory Quick Draw is back for QuakeCon 2021 with a 2v2 TDM | Duel tournament combo. This event will take place on Thursday 8/19, Friday 8/20, and Saturday the 8/21. Anyone can participate in this tournament you just need to have Quake Champions installed, and be present for the sign-ups 30 minutes prior to the event starting. To sign up go to the QuakeCon Discord here: https://discord.gg/quakecon ,and navigate to the Quick Draw Voice Channel (May be a hidden channel until the day of) Meaning it may not show up until the 19th, so don’t worry if you don’t see it yet.
The 2v2 TDM starts on Thursday 8/19 at 12:00PM EAST. This would mean you need to be in the discord group no later than 11:30PM EAST. Since this is a first come first serve tournament you might want to be a little early. There will be 20 participants, or 10 teams of 2 for this tournament. Once the players have been selected they will be randomly put in to teams of 2. The Finals for the 2v2 TDM will be on 8/20 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM EAST.
The Duel tournament starts Friday 8/20 at 12:00PM EAST. This would mean you need to be in the discord group no later than 11:30PM EAST. Again you might want to be their a little before that to have better odds of getting in. There will be 10 participants for this tournament. Finals will be on Saturday 8/21 from 8:00PM to 10:00PM EAST.
